Hi, in a few weeks time I have a brainstorming meeting with my peeps at HR and the topic will be on employee engagement and how can we be better at it!
Is there anything that you can share, for instance what your organisation currently does or something that you have done or experienced in the past that really worked?
Any suggestions, stories, top tips and ideas are very welcomed!

Have you seen the description of Employee Engagement as it appears in relation to the CIPD Profession Map?

This might not be what you are after as it is intended to aid CPD but hopefully it'll give you a spring board to some ideas.
