Hi all, 

I'm looking to improve our candidate experience when applying for positions in the business. 

My idea is to have mini clips from our Director as well as a cross section of the workforce outlining 'A Day in the Life'. 

Also to have an interactive walk through of the building to show which team is based where etc

Would anyone have examples of vacancy websites with this type of set up please?

    I love the idea of the building walk through, kinda like that 'take my hand' holidays advert on TV.

        I havent myself tbh, so you hit upon a unique idea there! Most tend to be boring videos of a stiff CEO who looks like a rabbit in the headlights. Something more vibrant reflecting the culture of the organisation and actual real time experiences could be much more valuable Im sure.
