I have been given the task of organising our International Women's Day (8th March) at work. We are a gaming company so heavily male in regards to employees so I need to organise something engaging for both genders to celebrate the day.
The National Theme is Better the Balance (with regards to pay, women in boardrooms etc.). I am struggling to come up with content for the day, obviously comms about the history etc. of the day but is there an amazing event or topic you're covering at your work regarding IWD? Or do you have any great idea's of what to focus on you'd be happy to share?
