Hi fellow DPG'ers,
Working for an outdoor marketing company (that specialises in advertising on billboards and electronic posters) I'm currently looking at implementing an Out of Hours & On Call policy which will cover not only IT but the needs of the rest of the business.
So I'm doing a bit of market research on policy's other company's have in place. Is there any of you who'd be prepared to share their company's policy's or know how I could go about obtaining some outside of a Google search which I've already done?
