CPD Podcast - different types of CPD

Hi all

I jad a webinar with my Birmingham group yesterday and thought I would repost this podcast on different types of CPD, should help especially those about to complete their DVP assignment on the Level 5 programme. Enjoy!

This is a really useful podcast on CPD with some quite novel takes on the forms that CPD can take e.g. book clubs and the new and innovative ways companies such as Caterpillar are approaching CPD.

Worth a listen, and it could perhaps help you with your CPD record, which from experience can come as a surprise at the end of the course if you have not been regularly updating it.

Thanks Sarah- that was very useful.The word P is significant and what it is for and that organisations should be coming forward to form a learning culture to develop and retain staff -gave me a good insight into CPD - for my assignment ..... thoughts are flowing.
