  • I have tried to apply but DPG comes up with a code. :(

    • Hi Emma

Contact your LEC and they'll help you.

      😊

  • Hi after speaking to my colleague, DPG is set up correctly and has been issued with codes to issue to us students to use to sign up to the Totum card.

Laura Hughes at DPG was given the codes so maybe you need to contact her directly at DPG individually to get a relevant code  - I already have my access as I get it through work but this should work fo you all!  I have to say i'd highly recommend the card though, the discounts are worth it!

        • Hi Ady,

          Thanks for sending this link.

I completed my details in the link 3 weeks ago and not heard anything from anyone at DPG. I've re-sent my details across again today.

Is there someone i can speak to directly instead?

          Thanks,

          Jamila

          • Hi Jamila

I've contacted the team responsible for getting this arranged for you. Apologies for the delay. They'll get back to you with regards to this. The number for the office is 0330 660 0220 if you need to get in touch.

            Hope this helps

            Ady

  • Hi,

I am actually the HR Manager at the company who runs what was the now obselete NUS Extra card which is now Totum.  Ive asked internally and am waiting for a reponse to check if DPG is set up properly as a provider.

  • Hi there,

i'm having the same issue trying to register my new place of education and it states 'DPG plc' is not listed or recognised. I can see there have been numerous comments from quite a few months ago - do you know if this or will be resolved?

    Many thanks

    Sophie

  • Hi,

    Thanks
