Using Twitter As a Learning Tool

I am a big fan of Twitter. It's no secret. I have benefited hugely from developing my knowledge in and around L&D and HR from reading things that my network share, the blogs they write and meeting people in person (yes in PERSON) that I have met through Twitter.

Like at events like this here 

If you're not convinced and still think Twitter is something kids do or somewhere people share what they've had for breakfast then it is time to think again as you could be missing out on great opportunities to further your professional network and even career.
