I once attended a course on Personal Branding, and one thing that I still remember is this: "Your personal brand is what people say about you behind your back."
If you think about those 60-second conversations people have by the water cooler - what would they say about you? It's a good way of making people think about their image or brand during any training - I tend to slip the question in when talking about communications, written communications, customer care, conflict-handling...
