On this 90-minute facilitated session, with a maximum of 12 people, you will learn and clarify what Resilience is and isn't
This is the first session of a 3-part Resilience Programme we are running.
We will discuss the various elements that will help you build Resilience i.e. your underlying Attitude to life, having a Purpose, improving your confidence, and increasing your capability to Adapt.
By the end of the session, you will have an improved understanding of your Tipping Point and what you can do to re-charge and recuperate in order that you can face into your challenges.
