HR and employers in travel businesses are facing a wide range of workplace challenges.

These include the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), new gender pay gap reporting rules, the apprenticeship levy, changes to self-employment and updates to pension legislation. Travel employers must also plan for the continued uncertainties of Brexit. With industry surveys suggesting that at least 25,000* UK citizens work in the EU on a temporary basis each year supporting the seasonal travel industry, what will be the implications on the Posted Workers Directive and on employees working overseas?

Employers must also adapt to the challenges presented by technological advances and changing workforce demographics. How can you continue to improve employee performance, wellbeing, staff recruitment and retention in the current climate?

Attend this one-day conference to gain first-hand insights into the latest trends affecting the workplace and those that are shaping the workforce of the future. Take away practical guidance on how HR and employers can ensure that they are prepared for, and ready to drive, change within travel businesses in light of the big issues facing the travel industry in 2018.
