Join CIPD Central London Branch on the 7 December 2017 to hear from a panel of HR professionals talking about the challenges, and benefits, of working in HR within the Creative Industries.

Few SME’s in the Creative Industries have dedicated internal HR practitioners to advise senior management or implement people management systems. This being an industry that adds over £87.4bn of value to the UK economy in a year. Budgets are lean, the focus is the creative output, HR seems to be an internal resource for ‘corporate’ organisations not typically creative ones.
