L&D Connect is a community for learning and development professionals. We are creating spaces to discuss and share content of interest – you can find us here on Twitter and join the weekly #ldinsight chat at 8am GMT on Fridays
Since 2013, we have set up and run Unconferences for learning practitioners to network and learn. So far, the LnDconnect community have run them in London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester & Rotterdam.
Who is this for?
If your work purpose is helping people learn and develop, this is for you. Previous attendees include L&D professionals, OD leads, coaches, facilitators, storytellers, actors, digital content creators and graphic artists.
You need to be a member of DPG Community to add comments!
Did you know your local CIPD branch will put on relevant events that are free to CIPD members.
Take a look for your local branch here and what events are happening. Remember attending these events are great CPD evidence.

So this was my first L&D Unconference. Not knowing what to expect, how many people would be there and what I may get out of the day was very unknown. However, it was a great day and glad I went. There were varying experiences between us all and we all had something ti contribute. I would absolutely recommend to anyone to attend, and cannot wait for the next one.
Hey Louise,
I'd love to get some more conversation going on this topic. Would you be up for sharing your thoughts on this in a discussion in the L&D Zone on your experiences of the UnConference, why you'd recommend them and any thoughts you have on how they could be used as an L&D solution in organisations. I'd love to hear your thoughts (and others) on this.
You can start a discussion in the L&D Zone on this link.
Thanks
Ady
All done.
Great thanks Louise
