A bit of a back story-The nature of our work means that we work with many European language speakers (Native tongue) on a contract basis. Due to (Brexit) we are analysing internal data that includes if our contractors have permanent residency in the UK. However, we would like to be able to advertise for European contractors with Permanent residency/Settled status but we are unsure if this is something (within the law) that we are allowed to do?
Can anyone advise?
