Assessment Activity 1 - Self-assessment

Hi there, 

I've just started the course and I'm in the process of writing the assessment. In the assessment activity 3.1 where you have to undertake a self-assessment of your current capabilities as an HR professional, apart from selecting the "Resourcing and Talent Planning", can I select one of the cores ones as well? or does it have to be only from the 8 areas? I happen to specialisize in Recruitment so I don't have any experience in the other areas except the core ones.
