Hi all
I have just started the level 5 course in HRM and am working on the first assessment. I have spoken briefly about concentric cirles of professionalism in my written discussion for Activity 1a and the only reference I have is to the DPG e-lesson. Having researched online it seems that many people talk about concentric circles of professionalism but never attribute their writing on it to anyone and the e-lesson itself does not say where it originates. Has anyone come across any original sources or text referring to concentric circles of professionalism that might be able to point me in the right direction?
Many thanks
Danny

HI Danny
I am stuck at exactly the same point that you were and pardon the pun ...am just going round in circles!
Can you shed any light on this?

Marc
Hi Danny. I had the same doubt. After a lot of research, I've decided to follow the Harvart guideliness for referencing a website with no author reference, in which essentially the tittle of the article replaces the author name.
I'm not sure if this is correct as I haven't sent my assessment yet, but that was the most logical option that I found.
Hi Danny
It was good to chat this through in the webcast with you on Monday.
Just to help you: if you post this in the group for your programme, you might get more responses: https://community.dpgplc.co.uk/group-hub/online-human-resource-mana...
