I am recruiting for an HR position and wanted to ask the Community what are the best and worst questions that you have experienced during an interview for an HR role?
I would welcome your views and the best ones I will use for the interview.
I will get the ball rolling..................... the worst ones I can recall are being asked if I had a boyfriend? (random and irrelevant!!) and a question about when I started the role what would be the low hanging fruit I would go for?
