Afternoon,
I'm interested to hear from anyone who currently uses Cascade HR software?
We're currently using SimplyPersonnel from Croner, which is not particularly great, but was cheap so it's as expected. Having used the system for nearly 2 years, I've a much better idea of what I want it to do and Cascade seems to come up a lot in my searches - I'm keen to know what it's actually like though, from a HR user and employee experience perspective.
Thanks in advance.
Becky

My business helps companies select and implement HR software. Cascade is a good system and provides a lot of functionality for the price. It can easily cope with businesses up to 2000 employees and I rarely get negative feedback on them.

Hi Becky,
I used to use Cascade HR in my old company. It's a very good system, which can provide valuable HR analytics in regards to absences ER issues, as long as it's updated accurately and regularly. The only negative is that as it's hosted, they have regular updates and patch updates which could cause disruption, but they try and make this during out of office times.

Hi Becky
I've not checked, but sites like Software Advice or Capterra can be helpful. They are the TripAdvisors of the business software world! I've not checked to see if any of Cascade's clients have posted reviews, but it's worth a look.
Good luck with your project.
Sue
Hi Becky
Sorry I can't help on this one I know very little about HR software. I hope someone out there in the Community can help Becky?
In the meantime I have found an old thread from the HR Zone where people are talking about software and HR Cascade is mentioned. I hope this helps a little!
