I noticed this in my inbox today and thought I would share, as this looks very useful to those who are currently grappling with Gender Pay Gap Reporting and the 'so what' part of how to tackle this.
There is a great line up of speakers and some really interesting talks lined up.
My only gripe is I see that CIPD membership only gets you a £60 discount on the £600 cost which doesn't seem a significant discount to me.

Anyway for those in diversity roles, or simply looking to understand contemporary debates around thi, this looks like an interesting conference to attend.
