It feels great to get started on the course.
I have just started my CIPD level 5 in HR last week, how long does it take on average to complete.
This question is to people who have previously completed the course.

Take a look for your local branch here and what events are happening. Remember attending these events are great CPD evidence.

Hi Hana
The current record for the shortest time to complete your programme is 10 weeks. In the past plenty of people aimed to complete a unit every 4 or 5 weeks, although it is entirely your choice.
on the Getting Started tab in your group there is a document there that will help you calculate how long it should take based on how many hours per week you can commit.

Hi Hana, I haven't completed the course but from doing some research it appears to take a minimum of 5 months to complete and an average of 15 months.
