Hi,

 

Please can you help? I'm doing my assignment on absence reasons & monitoring in an educational organisation & I could really use some more information on this in other establishments. I've created a short survey which will give me data to cross check against my own organisation & I would appreciate anyone who has time to complete it & any feedback you wish to give on it.
