The new guidance was published on 10th November 2020 (with a couple of corrections added on 12th) clarifying the rules for the extended furlough scheme. Nothing too much of note but there is an important caveat: "The government is reviewing whether employers should be eligible to claim for employees serving contractual or statutory notice periods and will change the approach for claim periods starting on or after 1 December 2020, with further guidance published in late November."The new guidance can be found here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/check-which-employees-you-can-put-on-furlough-to-use-the-coronavirus-job-retention-scheme?fbclid=IwAR3zI2n6pjamu7q4LypO5E-E4xffAB4Bjb79rDY3UGpH9fq9QO-KmY_ndYs#history
