We want to train managers on how to conduct disciplinary and grievances. is there an external company that someone could recommend this or something similar.

If it is for 10-15 managers then you can probably run an in-house programme.
ACAS can come and run these in-house for you or google for a local HR Consultancy business and they will probably also do training. It really depends on what is available in your area. But I am not sure where you are based?
But whatever you do try to think about what objectives you want to achieve. In my experience what can work well is practical application where the managers run through case study scenarios where the managers have to make decisions applying their knowledge from the session.
