Hi folks, looking to ask some quick questions about the Workday HR management module in particular please, without suffering a barrage of sales calls. ;-)

Particularly around the performance rating process and system, I'd like to understand how performance is rated/graded in terms of alignment to things such as the 9 box grid theory approach and performance/skills capacity ratings.

  • Hi Jason, unfortunately I don't have any experience of Workday - hopefully you will get some response here - in the meantime I will ask about and if I find anyone I will send them your way. :)
