Hi folks, looking to ask some quick questions about the Workday HR management module in particular please, without suffering a barrage of sales calls. ;-)
Particularly around the performance rating process and system, I'd like to understand how performance is rated/graded in terms of alignment to things such as the 9 box grid theory approach and performance/skills capacity ratings.
