  • Our is £1000 subject to Tax and NI. £500 on employment start and further £500 after a year, both must be employed. Over a certain salary. Given that we were paying 15% + to agencies, this was cost saving. It is being looked into to improve further. 

  • We have one that pays £500 in total. £50 is paid the first payroll run after the new person joins and £450 once probation has been passed. We have a few caveats - both must still be in employment, the bonus must not be shared, the referer must notify Payroll before an interview is offered and it's only applicable for a specific team.
