    I would agree with Lizzie that the name alone would not be a breach of GDPR but the name together with further personal details would be enough to identify an individual and is probably a breach.

    My understanding is that a GDPR breach occurs when personal data is shared inappropriately and specifically when the data identifies someone. If an individual's name is noted in an outlook calendar with no other information then their data is not being shared and so is not a GDPR issue. Should the calendar entry also include their CV containing their home address and number for example, then yes it could be a case for GDPR concern.

    I'm not GDPR expert but hope that helps
