I am currently doing some research for my organisation on Glassdoor and how we could potentially use the site to develop our resourcing and HR strategy. I am familiar with the basics and know how it works but as we do not have any staff comments on Glassdoor or a profile on the website, I am keen to gain some views from anyone who has used Glassdoor and how they use it i.e. have you got the free account of the enhanced packaged? Has this provided any value to your organisation? Have you seen an increase in employee comments over the last year?
I've been doing a lot of work recently on staff turnover/retention data and developing our exit questionnaire so I'd like to be able to gain a better impression on how we could use the employee feedback it to develop our HR practices.
If you have any experience of the site or views from others about Glassdoor, they would be greatly appreciated.
