Well it seems like a long time until May 7th, and you may already feel a bit jaded with all the claims and counter claims by the different parties.
I seem to have developed a morbid fascination with the General Election because I think it will turn on a knife edge and even after the Election who knows what alliances will be forged?
I found the article below which has a really great summary about where each of the parties stand re key manifesto issues.

I once worked for a manager who told me to stop thinking about all the possible outcomes until a decision had been made (I had a tendency to try and think through every possible outcome which resulted in paralysis analysis).
So for now I am going to wait and see how the results of the 7th will impact both as an HR professional and business owner.
What are your thoughts about this?
