So an interesting discussion today on the radio about leavers who choose to sabotage their employer following a disgruntled Twitter employee who deleted President Trump's Twitter account.
The commetator was saying in the US this is dealt with by people leaving on the day they resign/are dismissed.
How do you think this should be dealt with in today's environment of employer brand and social media?
