How UK employment law is made

Morning all

Just reflecting on a discussion with one of my level 5 groups last week when we were talking about external factors and how they impact organisations.

We got onto the debate (naturally) about Brexit and how this may affect employment legislation in the UK.

Following this I found a useful article about how employment law in the UK is made, which is also part of the Level 5 employment law assignment.
