I work for a small start-up business. We have just hired our first employees and need to put in place some basic HR policies as a starting point. Specifically I need policies for the following:
Recruitment and Selection
Discipline and Grievance
Social Media Usage
Rather than write these all from scratch I would like to adapt ones already written. if you have anything that you are willing to share I would be very grateful. I will of course observe confidentiality.
