Hi all, in the last couple of years we've updated/introduced new processes for things like absence management and performance management. They've been going for more than a year now so we'd really like to go out into the workplace and audit how these processes are going. Do any of you have any experience of auditing these types of processes and if so, any templates or questions that you used to do so? Any tips or techniques for what worked and what didn't?
