Hi Everyone
I'm looking into HRIS systems to replace manual mainly excel spreadsheets, i've been looking at Softworks, PeopleHR and Moorepay. If anyone has any experience or recommendations of which HR system to go for it would be much appreciated. Its a minefield!
Thank you

Hi Charlotte and Samantha
Apologies for not responding I started my new job last Monday and i've been concentrating and trying to get my head around joining a new company when working from home, its not easy but everyone in the business has been really friendly.
My new company have Moorepay as a payroll and hoping to use it as a HR system to assess it and if necessary put a case forward to change it. Thanks both for your feedback its worthwhile knowing what other users think. There are 350 people in the company so I think I will need a rebust and friendly system in the future.
Hi,
We have Moorepay as a Payroll system but never used it to its full capability as a HR system- id say its not overly user friendly! We have just implemented Access SelectHR- this is a complete HR system with the self service aspect for Employees- few issues getting it set up but pleased with the system now its set up and rolled out- very user friendly.
We implemented PeopleHR last year - it is easy to use and simple if you have a small organisation - they are quite a few things that it doesn't do and is anying but I think you will find that with any system - we are having issues with our payroll integration
