My name is Odette Bellizzi, and I am a student at DPG, I am currently undergoing my Level 7 Advanced Diploma. At this stage of my course, I am at my final stage where I am asked to do research. The subject I have chosen is related to Human Resources, which is to examine the positive and negative impacts of strategic human resource management on international business management and to propose recommendations about how strategic human resources management could be improved to enable international business in acquiring and sustaining competitive advantage.
Due to level of detail needed, I am taking the information on an anonymous approach, you name will not appear on any transcription, and once the transcriptions have been done, all the data will be destroyed.
For this reason, I have designed a questionnaire, that it can be accessed through the link below, which covers all topics and data needed for my research. I would really appreciate your assistance by forwarding this questionnaire to anyone that is responsible for the HR Department in order to fill it up.
