Hi

I am currently working on an job support course for our apprentices who are coming to the end of their apprenticeship and are ready to apply for new positions

Most interviews within our organisation have questions specific to the role so I can also include some of these. However, I also wanted to ask some generic competency based and standard interview questions to help in addition

Does anyone have any ideas on what you might ask an apprentice moving in to their first higher level role?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Regards

Kelly

  • Hi Kelly

In my previous role we would ask them fairly generic competency based questions based on the competency framework.  Even though they had just come out of their apprenticeship they would still be expected to be able to answer most of these.  If you send me your email address I will happily send you some examples over if this would be of use?

    Kind regards

    Sarah

    • Hi Kelly I have sent these over I hope they are of use! KR Sarah
