Morning all
HR in the news again today where Theresa May has announced that restaurants will be legally barred from keeping tips from staff.
Some upmarket restaurants, typically add 12.5% onto a meal (ableit on a discretionary basis) and I have often wondered how much actually goes to reward the service you have received.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out at a time of rising food costs, and short supply of hospitatlity labour.

Is your business impacted by this, and if so what are your thoughts on this topic?
All the best
