Thanks for sharing it is a really comprehensive article with some interesting insights.
I used to work as a talent lead for my part of the business and the globalised platforms across which we tried to manage talent were pretty basic so it was really challenging - although this was 4-5 years ago so they may have developed since then!
Do you currently work in a talent role? What did you think?
