Hi all
An interesting ruling on Whistle blowing and what appears to be a step back to the pre June 2013 position. As the case suggests that workers might still get whistle blower protection for alleged breaches of their employment contracts if the issue raised has implications for a larger group of workers.
So this will mean as HR professionals we will need to take care when dealing with complaints raised by workers about perceived breaches of contracts of employment.

Will this ruling have any implications for your workplace?
