Length of Service Awards

Hi all, 

My company has had 5 and 10 year rewards in place for a few years now (currently £50 M&S voucher and 1 extra day of annual leave at 5 years, and double that at 10 years), but I've been looking at putting together a more comprehensive plan and after a bit of research i've drafted the below and I'd like people's opinions on it please, before I put it to my company Directors. 

So please let me know what you think of this plan and if you have any suggestions on how I could improve it. Thank you! 

1 year

Card with personal message from team manager/director, box of chocolates

 

3 years

Card with personal message from team manager/director

Choice of: box of chocolates or bottle of wine

£20 high street voucher

 

5 years

Card with personal message from team manager/director

Choice of: box of chocolates or bottle of prosecco

1 extra day of paid holiday per year from then on

Choice of: £50 cash (subject to tax), £50 M&S/cinema voucher or £50 donation to charity of your choice

 

10 years

Card with personal message from team manager/director

Choice of: box of chocolates or bottle of prosecco

2 extra days of paid holiday per year from then on

Choice of: £100 cash (subject to tax), £100 M&S/high street/restaurant/spa voucher, £100 donation to charity of your choice or a combination of any of the above (for example, £50 restaurant voucher, £50 donation to the Donkey Sanctuary)

 

15 years

Card with personal message from team manager/director

Choice of: bottle of Champagne or Cornish Cream Tea/Cornish Pasty Hamper

1 extra week of paid holiday for that year

Choice of: £300 cash (subject to tax), £300 high street/hotel/spa voucher, £300 donation to charity of your choice or a combination of any of the above

 

20 years

Card with personal message from team manager/director

Choice of: bottle of Champagne or Cornish Cream Tea/Cornish Pasty Hamper

2 extra weeks of paid holiday for that year

Choice of: £400 cash (subject to tax), £400 high street/hotel/spa voucher, £400 donation to charity of your choice or a combination of any of the above

 

25 years

Card with personal message from team manager/director

25 years pin badge

1 extra month of paid holiday for that year  

£500 cash bonus (subject to tax)

£100 restaurant voucher
