My company has had 5 and 10 year rewards in place for a few years now (currently £50 M&S voucher and 1 extra day of annual leave at 5 years, and double that at 10 years), but I've been looking at putting together a more comprehensive plan and after a bit of research i've drafted the below and I'd like people's opinions on it please, before I put it to my company Directors.
So please let me know what you think of this plan and if you have any suggestions on how I could improve it. Thank you!
