I'm lookng for some help please. I am due to have my recorded professional discussion on CNS(developing and using consultancy skills) module next Friday 20th, but I'm not sure where to start, being an HR assistant, I've only mainly been exposed on the "admin" sides of HR.
Can anyone give me any ideas on startting points for
How did you plan for the discussion?
What examples you used? - Im not asking for the answer, just something that might jog my memory of what i would have been involved in
How did the discussions go?
What type of questions i can expect?
Any top tips!

HI,
I literally just answered the questions in the brief. I used a powere point presentation to help me (it was conducted via phone). I used helping out with recruitment project for introducing an external company to the business and helping and training line managers on new processes. The discusion was easy really i dont know what i got myself so hyped up about. I have a pretty laid back TDO, so it was literally like a generally convesation about what i did. I didnt get any questions after as I covered everything in what I wrote. (phew).
