Can any facilitator guide me regarding CPD Plan in DVP Assessment, please?
I have cleared Assessment 1 and 3 but asked to re-submit my CPD plan. I submitted after watching the videos hence slightly confused
how to make changes in Assessment 2. Just need some help to head in the right direction.

I hope that you're well?
It's difficult to guide without knowing what the feedback was but the typical reason why the CPD plan refers is because there is no evaluation of the different activites that you could do to meet your learning objectives.
In the plan, the first column asks you to state a clear learning objective from your SWOT (one of the weakness areas). In the video, Gary explains how important it is to clarify what you are trying to learn. Your next column then asks you to identify 2 different ways of achieving that learning objective. Let's say that those 2 ways are work shadowing and attending a workshop. You would then need to evaluate each of these:
Work shadowing
Pro's xxxxxxxxxx
Con's xxxxxxxxx
Attending a workshop on xxxx
Pro's xxxxxxxxxx
Con's xxxxxxxxx
You then highlight your chosen activity, based on it's ability to meet the learning objective in the best possible way. You complete the remaining 3 columns based on the one activity you choose.

It is difficult to know exactly what is lacking when there is no feedback to work on.
I will make some changes in the activity although I did try to be specific when writing them.
For future, do we not get any feedback on our assessments when we will be asked to redo, it can be tough to guess our mistakes.

Apologies for not replying sooner. You always get feedback on all assessments where you're advised what you need to do if you refer against any of the criteria. Did you access the feedback document?
