Logged On?? But can't turn off??

Hi all

I thought I would share this report from the CIPD which I thought resonated with many colleagues who I speak with about their work life balance and ability to 'switch off'

Logged on but can’t turn off? A third of UK employees say remote access to work means they can’t switch off

What arrangements do you have in place in order to ensure that your employees can log off and ensure their downtime?
