What is the size, sector, industry of your business?
I work predominantly with SMEs and it is pretty much statutory for most of these businesses which are typically upto 100 employees and upto15M turnover businesses.

Hi Vicky,
The company I work for offers the basic maternity and paternity package which is outlined on the GOV.UK website.
However; we do allow women on maternity to use any annual leave and bank holidays they have accrued and split it over the last 3 months of their maternity (if they take the full 12 months). This is to try and alleviate any financial strain during those final months.
Nothing amazing to bring to the table i'm afraid, but sometimes its the little things that count :-)
