We are looking at updating our various family friendly policies, in particularly maternity and paternity leave policies. Would anyone be able to share their company policy with me? Even if it's just a basic anonymised outline to help us benchmark what we offer.

I have been given the same task! I know you asked this question two years ago but would you be able to provide me with some guidance on where you obtained benchmark data. My organisation is in the financial services sector.
