Hi, I am just reviewing our maternity and paternity policies to bring them in line with all the recent changes and i wondered if anyone had any suggestions or templates of their poklicies they would be willing to share. We don't have enhanced benefits on either so its just making sure im covering all the bases really

Did you know your local CIPD branch will put on relevant events that are free to CIPD members.
Take a look for your local branch here and what events are happening. Remember attending these events are great CPD evidence.

Do you have access to any online resources the CIPDs HR Inform can be a commercial option as it is discounted for CIPD members. You can get lots of policies templates and advice for around £500 per year. Well worth a look.
I used XpertHR in a previous role which is great but expensive compared to HR Inform (albeit I personally find it much more comprehensive).
