Hi all,
I have been given the task of revieiwng our maternity pay/leave policy to see if we are inline with our peers within the financial services sector. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction for obtaining benchmarking data. I have looked on the CIPD website but I can't see a recent survey regarding maternity rights.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Jacqui,
I have recently done this and I just contacted local companies of similar size asking if they offered an enhanced maternity.
Most of them didn't so i used it in my business case to argue being more attractive offering family friendly benefits :)
I ended up getting enhanced maternity accepted :)
