Thanks Helen - There seems a big gap between these environments and those of most of my clients. It will be interesting to watch how workplace trends in environment influence and complement culture.
I agree Helen - one of the reasons I posted this is that it is slightly different to the norm. It also serves to highlight that everything needs to be appropriate to organisational context - which leads on to some of the discussions we have on the Level 5 programmes relating to vertical and horizontal integration of HR and HRD.
