Hi everyone
I've been asked to prepare and present a briefing paper for our Executive Management Team on the key actions and steps to prepare the council for the implementation of the new national pay spine in April 2019.
I've not worked on a document like this before so was hoping I could get some advice.
Are there key elements I should include?
Has anyone been involved on introducing a new pay structure before? What were the challenges?
