Hi All,
I am looking to revise all of our company policies and employee handbooks on a global scale. Ideally I would like all handbooks for each subsidiary to be identical however customised to fit that particular location. The jurisdictions I am talking about are, Ireland, UK, Singapore, India, New Zealand, US and Canada. I am also looking to re-jig our business travel policy so if anyone had any ideas on where to get templates/ideas for this please let me know. We have documents on the above already however they are a bit out-dated.

I used to work in a business which had branches in Singapore, South Africa, Dubai, Hong Kong and Malaysia. There were certain things that had to be taken into consideration. However, since they staff were employed by a British company, they had to follow the policies set by the UK company unless there were specific legal considerations in each country.
I had a staff handbook which was an A-Z Guide of all policies and practices of the company. Some were specific to the UK and then I adapted the country specific ones accordingly. I unfortunately I don't have the template from my old company. Apologies for that.
I do have a new Travel Policy which works well, but it does cover us using an external travel company who manage our travel and accommodation booking. If you wanted me to send that template let me know.
