HI Out There
Can anyone advise me where I can get detailed specific data for the Quick Service Restaurant Industry on Labour Turnover. I've looked in National Stats and CIPD, maybe I'm looking in the wrong place or asking the wrong question.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'd like to compare our turnover figures with the sector.

Hmmmm that looks a challenging one have you tried on Google Scholar? Also I was wondering if there was an industry body who you could approach and whether they collated data?
